A new brewery is coming to Gwinnett County in the new year.

Kettlerock Brewing is set to open in early 2021 at 6025 Peachtree Pkwy in Peachtree Corners. The space was previously home to Nemoe’s Tavern and Grill, which closed in 2018.

KeKettlerock, which won the Gwinnett Amazing Entrepreneur Contest in the Pre-Venture Category in 2019, will bring 10 new jobs to the area.

The brewery comes from Dianna and Sterling Peet, who will serve as CEO and master brewer, respectively. Kettlerock is a mountain in North Carolina near where the Peets vacationed as a family.

“At its heart, Kettlerock is about family,” Dianna said in a prepared statement. “We banded together to take this crazy idea from a dream to a reality and there is no one else we would rather do it with. Our family extends to the community around Peachtree Corners.”

Sterling said Kettlerock’s beers will be crafted “for variety to meet the palette of casual wanderers and adventuring beer enthusiasts alike.”

Look for styles including IPA, Belgian Strong, Porter, and Wheat Beer and a rotating selection of seasonal beers, as well as craft sodas.

Construction has begun on the 5,000 square-foot building, which will feature a taproom and brewhouse.

The Peets were not immediately available for comment.
