Tandoori Pizza and Wings, from chef Archna Beckner of Bhojanic, has grown from a ghost kitchen operation to a food hall restaurant at Colony Square. The wings have won awards, according to the menu, which is easy to believe if you try them. But the pizza is where the real innovation lies, and the seekh kabab sausage pie is a must-try.
Naan is used in place of traditional pizza dough, so the texture of the crust has less rise, and it’s more buttery. The toppings mimic those on traditional pizzas, but sing with vibrant Indian flavors — this pie is made with a chutney marinara sauce. The sausage adds richness and spice, while mozzarella and cilantro cool things down.
Tandoori Pizza and Wings is the perfect place for anyone who wants a little excitement in their pizza.
