The auction system is fairly simple.
First, auction lots start at $0 with no reserve. To keep the bidding honest, bidders must purchase bid packs of 10, 20, 50 or 100. Bids cost $1 each. Bids raise the auction price by $0.25 and add up to 30 seconds to the clock. The last bidder when time expires, wins!
The winner must then pay the final auction price and book their suite stay within 24 hours.
