The countdown to New Year’s Eve has begun, and Cobb County is ready with fun things to do. No matter how you plan to celebrate, the county isn’t dropping the ball.

Noon Year’s Eve at South Cobb Library
Mableton’s South Cobb Library will host Noon Year’s Eve from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. with music, crafts, stories and a special noon countdown.

Bash at The Battery
Just along Truist Park, the Battery Atlanta is going big on New Year’s Eve this year. Early inning celebrations will begin at 6 p.m., featuring music from Grammy nominated Brady Rymer and the Little Band That Could. Once they finish on the Georgia Power Pavilion Stage, kids can enjoy a countdown to the new year at 8 p.m.

Concert at the Strand
Queen fans are in for a rocking good time at the Strand Theatre in Marietta. Georgia Players Guild band Champions will take the stage to cover the iconic group’s hit tracks, including “Bohemian Rhapsody” and “Somebody to Love.”

Party with the Kurt Thomas Band
Georgia native Kurt Thomas Band will be kicking off the party at Marietta’s Dixie Tavern with their award-winning country music. The bar will have drink specials and a champagne toast when the ball drops.

Roaring ‘20s
Battle & Brew at The Battery is going Gatsby-esque for New Year’s Eve. The roaring ‘20s party starts at 8:30 p.m. and is expected to have plenty of jazz and “glittering gold.” Tickets range from $45 to $130.

Noon Year’s Eve at Vinings Library

Glover Park Brewery
Marietta hops master Glover Park Brewery has music and more in store for New Year’s Eve. At 8 p.m., the beer maker will open its upstairs area for a 21-and-up party featuring 2025 swag. From 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., DJ Brick will be pumping up the dance floor. Tickets are $10.

293 Concert at the Governors Gun Club
Kennesaw’s Governors Gun Club will usher in the new year with a concert. Featuring 293, a “high-energy party band,” visitors can rock out until the midnight balloon drop and champagne toast. Doors open at 8:30 p.m.

Pour Decisions at Punch Bowl Social
Nestled against The Battery, Punch Bowl Social will host “Pour Decisions” at 9 p.m. The 21-and-up party starts with a Jell-O welcome shot and music from DJ Queen Amena. There will be a sparkling toast and balloon drop when midnight strikes.

Party at Red Hare Brewing
