Florida State punched its ticket to the Sweet 16 Sunday night with a 75-70 upset over No. 1 Xavier.

During the game which was sealed with a 3-pointer by P.J. Savoy with 1:12 remaining, the Seminoles shot 43.6 percent from the field and 8-of-23 beyond the arc, compared to Xavier which only shot 5-13 from the 3-point line.

The No. 9 Seminoles, who finished eighth in the ACC, will face No. 4 Gonzaga Thursday at 10:07 p.m.
