Loyola- Chicago stepped on the floor at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas as underdogs to No. 6 Miami Thursday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, but a last second shot by Donte Ingram sent the Ramblers to the second round.

Ingram’s shot was set up when Ramblers’ Ben Richardson rebounded a missed free throw by Hurricanes’ Lonnie Walker IV with nine seconds remaining in game. The 11th ranked Loyola drove the ball down the floor and Ingram sank a 3-point jumper from the logo off an assist by Marques Townes for the 64-62 win..

With the win, Loyola advanced to play No. 3 Tennessee Saturday at 6:10 p.m.
