Former Atlanta Braves infielder Chipper Jones visited the Georgia Capitol building Wednesday and revealed what he and his wife, Taylor, will be naming their son.

According to a tweet by the AJC’s Greg Bluestein, the Jones’ son is expected in July and will be named ‘Cooper’ honoring Jones’ induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, N.Y. later that month.

A video of Jones making the announcement to the Georgia Senate can be viewed below:

Governor Nathan Deal posted a photo of Jones’ visit to the Georgia Capitol Wednesday with the message, “Today I met with Atlanta Braves legend (Jones) to congratulate him on his first-ballot election to the Baseball Hall of Fame. I’ve also proclaimed today as ‘Chipper Jones Day’ in his honor.”
