Atlanta United had the Major League Soccer’s best goal and best save.

Quite a combination.

Tito Villalba was awarded the Goal of the Year and Brad Guzan was awarded Save of the Year, the MLS announced Wednesday.

Villalba scored with a right-footed blast from 30 yards outs for a the game-winner against Orlando City SC on July 21. The match was tied 0-0 at the time of the dramatic goal and helped Atlanta United to a four-game win streak.

Guzan was all reaction when he stopped a shot by New York Red Bull striker Bradley Wright-Phillips on Oct. 15. On a cross, Wright-Philips was in position for a tap-in until Guzan dove to his left and knocked the ball over the crossbar in what was a 0-0 draw.

The Goal and Save of the Year were determined by fan votes on MLSsoccer.com. The Goal of the Year has been awarded since the league’s inaugural 1996 season and the Save of the Year has been awarded since 2009.
