MLS will begin revealing at noon today the roster for this year’s All-Star game against Juventus at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Atlanta United manager Gerardo Martino made 11 additions and league commissioner Don Garber two more to the 11 players selected by fans on Monday.
Here are the 11 already on the team:
Goalkeeper Brad Guzan of Atlanta United
Defender Michael Parkhurst of Atlanta United
Defender Laurent Ciman of LAFC
Defender Graham Zusi of Sporting KC
Midfielder Miguel Almiron of Atlanta United
Midfielder Ezequiel Barco of Atlanta United
Midfielder Darlington Nagbe of Atlanta United
Midfielder Diego Valeri of Portland
Midfielder Carlos Vela of LAFC
Striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic of L.A. Galaxy
Striker Josef Martinez of Atlanta United.
Here are my guesses as to who Martino will pick with his 11 selections:
Goalkeeper Zack Steffen of Columbus. Martino may want a goalkeeper who is good with his feet.
Defender Matt Hedges of Dallas. Team will need some height to deal with Mario Mandzukic, assuming he plays.
Defender Kendall Waston of Vancouver. Ditto.
Defender Julian Gressel of Atlanta United. Gotta have some fullbacks.
Defender Justin Morrow of Toronto. Ditto.
Midfielder Diego Chara of Portland. Martino loves defensive midfielders.
Midfielder Cristian Roldan of Seattle. Ditto.
Midfielder Alberth Elis of Houston. Martino also loves speed.
Midfielder Alejandro Romero Gamarra of New York Red Bulls. Martino also loves passing.
Midfielder* (to replace Nagbe): Yoshi Yotun of Orlando. Need someone with a good left foot.
Striker Sebastian Giovinco of Toronto. Come on. He’s got to face his former team.
Striker Gyasi Zardes of Columbus. Need a target forward.
*This is an extra pick because of Nagbe’s injury.

Guessing the commissioner’s picks:
Alphonso Davies of Vancouver.
Clint Dempsey of Seattle.
