In Class 6A, No. 1 ranked Grayson defeated Grovetown 70-53 and improved to 8-0. Wheeler picked up a 55-52 win over No. 3 Walton and McEachern moved up to No. 5 this week after big wins over Hillgrove (80-64) and Westside-Augusta (64-50). The Class 5A poll re-introduced Seckinger (6-2) at No. 10. In Class 4A, Southwest DeKalb continued its climb and moved up three spots to No. 5 after improving to 10-1. The Class 3A poll shifted with Upson-Lee dropping to No. 10 after getting beat by No. 3 Sandy Creek.
In Class 2A, was replaced in the poll by Drew Charter after suffering an 82-50 loss to Putnam County—which moved up to No. 1 in Class A Div. I this week following its blazing start. In Class A-3A, Paideia used an 82-77 win over St. Francis to return to the poll at No. 9
