The Georgia High School Association Swimming and Diving State Championships will kick off Tuesday morning with the diving competition at Westminster.

The five-day championships will continue through Saturday, with the swimming events beginning Wednesday at the Georgia Tech Aquatic Center.

Wesleyan’s boys and girls teams swept the Class A-3A championships last season. Boys teams from Walton, Johns Creek and Chattahoochee won state titles in 2024, as did the girls teams from Westminster, Brookwood and Lassiter. The Westminster girls have won seven consecutive state championships.

Diving (All diving events at Westminster)

Tuesday

7-8:30 a.m. – Open Warm-Up9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. – 1-4A Diving

3:45-7:30 p.m. – 5-6A Diving

Boys dive first in the odd numbered years, girls will dive first in the even numbered years.

Swimming (All swimming events at Georgia Tech Aquatic Center)

Wednesday

(1-3A and 4A Prelims)

7:30-9:20 a.m. – 1-4A Warmup

9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. – 1-4A Prelims

Prelims for all 1-4A schools will be conducted in two 10-lane courses. The boys events will swim in the west pool (by the main scoreboard) and the girls will swim in the east pool (by the diving well).

Thursday

(1-3A and 4A Finals)

11:45 a.m.-1:20 p.m. – 1-4A Warmup1:30-5 p.m. – 1-4A Finals

Finals for all 1-4A schools will be conducted in two 10-lane courses. The 1-3A events will swim in the west pool (by the main scoreboard) and the 4A events will swim in the east pool (by the diving well).

Friday

(5A and 6A Prelims)

7:30-9:30 a.m. – 6A Warmup

9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. – 6A Prelims

4:30-6 p.m. – 5A Warmup

6-9:30 p.m. – 5A Prelims

Prelims will be conducted in two 10-lane courses for the 6A session. Prelims for 5A events will be conducted in the east pool only. For the 6A prelims, the boys events will swim in the west pool (by the main scoreboard) and the girls will swim in the east pool (by the diving well).

Saturday

(5A and 6A Finals)

8:30-10 a.m. – 6A Warmup

10 a.m.-1 p.m. – 6A Finals

4:30-6 p.m. – 5A Warmup

6-9:30 p.m. – 5A Finals

Finals will be conducted in one 10 lane course, the east pool (by the diving well).
