Twenty-nine players from Georgia were drafted in the 2017 NFL Draft.
As the rookies take part in their team activities they have been assigned their jersey numbers.
Some players have held onto numbers they’ve worn at Georgia high schools. Others have been forced to change numbers because of NFL rules or because the jersey is worn by a veteran player.
Some have received a number yet.
Here is a breakdown:
Deshaun Watson, QB, Gainesville
The first round (12th overall pick) out of Clemson will keep his college number -- No. 4 -- with the Houston Texans.

The Detroit Lions’ first-round pick (21st overall) has not been assigned a number. The No. 40 he wore as Florida Gator is open.
Evan Engram, TE, Hillgrove
Evan Engram, who wore No. 17 at Mississippi, will wear No. 88 with the New York Giants.
Gerald Everett, TE, Columbia
A second-round pick out from Atlanta, Everett will switch from the No. 12 he wore at South Alabama to No. 81 with the Los Angeles Rams.
Raekwon McMillan, LB, Liberty County
The former AJC Super 11 selection, a second-round pick (54th overall) by the Miami Dolphins, will switch from the No. 5 he wore at Ohio State to No. 52.
Dalvin Tomlinson, DL, Henry County
The New York Giants have assigned the second-round pick (55th overall) No. 94 jersey. He wore No. 54 at Alabama.
Alvin Kamara, RB, Norcross
AJC Super 11 selection Alvin Kamara the New Orleans Saints’ 67th overall pick has not been assigned a number. Kicker Thomas Morstead currently wears No. 6, the number Kamara has worn his high school at Norcross.
Antonio Garcia, OT, Drew
The 85th overall pick (third round) out of Troy will switch to No. 63 from No. 53.
Montravius Adams, DL, Dooly County
Adams will have his third different jersey number. The AJC Super 11 selection wore No. 52 at Dooly County, No. 1 at Auburn and No. 90 with the Green Bay Packers, who selected him in the third round (93rd overall).
Cameron Sutton, CB, Jonesboro
The third-round pick Sutton, No. 23 at Tennessee, will wear No. 20 with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Brendan Langley, CB, Kell
Langley, the 101st overall pick out of Lamar, will switch from No. 21 to No. 17 with the Denver Broncos
Carl Lawson, DE, Milton
Cincinnati Bengals fourth-round pick will change the No. 55 he wore at Auburn, to No. 58. The AJC Super 11 selection wore No. 52 at Milton.
Joshua Dobbs, QB, Alpharetta
Dobbs, who wore No. 11 at Tennessee and Alpharetta, will wear No. 5 with the Pittsburgh Steelers, who drafted him in the fourth round (135th pick).
Wayne Gallman, RB, Grayson
The star running back at Clemson (140th overall pick by the New York Giants) will be wearing No. 30.
Grover Stewart, DT, Mitchell County
The Camilla, Ga., native wore No. 99 at Albany State. The Indianapolis Colts (fourth round, 144th pick) have not assigned his number.
Deangelo Yancey, WR, Mays
The former Purdue wideout will wear No. 16 with the Green Bay Packers (fifth round, 175th pick).
Ukeme Eligwe, LB, Stone Mountain
Fifth-round pick Ukeme Eligwe (183rd overall) out of Georgia Southern will wear No. 45 with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Alexander Armah, DL, Dacula
The Carolina Panthers’ (sixth round, 192nd pick) new fullback will wear No. 40. Armah wore No. 8 at West Georgia.
Jeremiah Ledbetter, DE, Gainesville
Ledbetter, a sixth-round pick, 205th overall, has not been assigned a number by the Detroit Lions. He wore No. 55 at Arkansas.
Robert Davis, WR, Northside-Warner Robins
Washington Redskins’ sixth-round pick will keep the No. 19 he wore at Georgia State.
Kofi Amichia, OT, McEachern
Amichia (sixth round, 212th pick) will switch the No. 75 he wore at South Florida to No. 79 with the Green Bay Packers.
Corey Levin, OG, Dacula
Levin (217th overall pick) will keep his Chattanooga No. 62 with the Tennessee Titans.
Jalen Myrick, CB, Savannah Christian
The new Jaguars cornerback (222nd pick out of Minnesota) will wear No. 31.
Isaac Rochell, DL, ELCA
Defensive lineman will change his No. 90 with Notre Dame for a No. 98 L.A. Chargers (7th round, 225th overall pick) jersey.
Josh Harvey-Clemons, S, Lowndes
Former Georgia Bulldog and Louisville Cardinal will go from No. 25 to No. 40 with the Washington Redskins (7, 230).
Harrison Butker, K, Westminster
Former Georgia Tech kicker (No. 87) will now wear a No. 7 with the Carolina Panthers (7, 233).
Josh Holsey, CB, Creekside
Holsey, an AJC Super 11 selection who wore No. 2 at Creekside and No. 15 at Auburn, will wear No. 20 with the Washington Redskins (7, 235).
Marquez Williams, FB, Clarke Central
Williams will swap his No. 36 Miami jersey to No. 37 with the Jaguars (7, 240).
Chris Carson, RB, Parkview
Carson wore No. 32 at Oklahoma State. The Seattle Seahawks (7, 249) have not assigned the Lilburn native his number.
