Snellville Brookwood raced in front early and that was crucial in a 31-23 victory over Covington Newton in a Georgia high school football matchup on October 14.

Snellville Brookwood jumped in front of Covington Newton 21-7 to begin the second quarter.

The Broncos opened a huge 31-7 gap over the Rams at the intermission.

Both teams were shutout in the third quarter.

The Rams managed a 16-0 rally in the fourth quarter, yet the die was already cast.
