Friday night lights are bright in Georgia, but they shine a little brighter in some high school football stadiums, where the size rivals that of some colleges. Here are Georgia's biggest high school stadiums (by capacity), according to WorldStadiums.com: Above: Fans cheer at James R. Hallford Stadium in Clarkston. The stadium was built in 1968 and holds 15,600. It is home to DeKalb County high schools.

Memorial Stadium in Savannah has a capacity of 15,000. Built in 1957, it is home to several area high schools.

Granite Bowl in Elberton holds 15,000 fans. Built in 1962, it is home to the Elbert County Blue Devils.

Fans take in a game at the Walter H. Cantrell Stadium in Powder Springs. The stadium holds 12,500 and is home to the John McEachern Indians.

Memorial Stadium in Waycross holds 12,000 fans. It was built in 1948, and is home to the Ware County Gators.
