Arnold Palmer will not play in the Par-3 Contest at next week's Masters Tournament.

According to the Golf Channel, the 85-year-old Palmer is still recovering from a dislocated shoulder.

The four-time champion still plans to be an honorary starter alongside Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player.

Palmer, Nicklaus and Player traditionally play the Par-3 together. Palmer became an honorary starter in 2007, and Nicklaus joined him in 2010 and Player joined the duo in 2012.
