Georgia will host Arkansas for a noon kickoff on Oct. 2, the SEC announced Monday.

The game will be televised by ESPN.

Georgia (3-0, 1-0 SEC), ranked No. 2, plays at Vanderbilt at noon this Saturday before returning home to host the Razorbacks.

Arkansas (3-0) is in its second year under former UGA offensive line coach Sam Pittman. The Razorbacks moved up to No. 16 in this week’s Associated Press poll and are 18th in the coaches’ USA Today rankings.

Georgia won last year’s game in Fayetteville, Ark. 37-10. after trailing at halftime. It will be just the 16th game of all time between the schools. Georgia leads the series 11-4.
