The 12-team College Football Playoff officially kicks off tonight at 8 p.m. with No. 7 Notre Dame hosting No. 10 Indiana in the first round and ends Jan. 20 with the coveted National Championship in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

The hometown No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs have a first-round bye and won’t see action until Jan. 1, but who will they face, and what other match-ups are in store? Read on for the full schedule.

Which colleges are hosting playoff games?

There are four games in the first round, three of which take place on Saturday. Each game will be hosted on the campus of the higher-seeded team.

First round schedule:

  • No. 10 Indiana at No. 7 Notre Dame — Friday, Dec. 20, 8 p.m.
  • No. 11 SMU at No. 6 Penn State — Saturday, Dec. 21, Noon
  • No. 12 Clemson at No. 5 Texas — Saturday, Dec. 21, 4 p.m.
  • No. 9 Tennessee at No. 8 Oregon — Saturday, Dec. 21, 8 p.m.

College football playoff dates: Which bowl games are part of the CFP?

The quarterfinals and semifinals are unique in that each of the games are bowl games, with the quarterfinals beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 31 with the Fiesta Bowl between No. 3 Boise State and the winner of Penn State-SMU.

New Year’s Day will be packed with games, starting with the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl at 1 p.m. between No. 4 Arizona State and the winner of Ohio State-Tennessee, followed at 5 p.m. by the Rose Bowl with No. 1 Oregon vs. the Tennessee-Ohio State winner. Georgia will cap off the night hosting the winner of Notre Dame-Indiana at the Sugar Bowl at 8:45 p.m.

The semifinals will be take place Jan. 9 and Jan. 10 with the Orange Bowl at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami and the Cotton Bowl at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Both games kick off at 7:30 p.m.
