Falcons long snapper Josh Harris has a hip injury and did not practice on Monday.
Harris, offensive guard Ben Garland (calf) and cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson (shoulder) did not practice. Cornerback Isaiah Oliver (ankle) was limited in practice.
Free safety Ricardo Allen (thigh), wide receiver Marvin Hall (ankle), linebacker Deion Jones (hamstring) and linebacker Foye Oluokun (ankle) were injured, but fully participated in practice.
Harris, 29, who made the team in 2012 as an undrafted player from Auburn, has played in 103 consecutive games (96 regular season and seven playoff games).
If Harris can’t play against the Eagles, the Falcons are prepared to play Jeff Overbaugh, who played at San Diego State. He was signed to the practice squad on Sunday.
Overbaugh has spent time with the Rams, Broncos, Bears and Vikings. He played three games for Minnesota last season, including two playoff games after replacing injured long snapper Kevin McDermott.
The Falcons have 52 players on the roster and could move Overbaugh up in time for Thursday night's game if Harris' hip problem persists.
Falcons special team coordinator Keith Armstong said Overbaugh has been snapping well in practice.
“He’s did a real nice job today,” Keith Armstrong said. “We’ve been in meetings all night. That type of stuff. He’s going for it and he’s doing a good job.”
Armstrong has studied Overbaugh’s film from Minnesota.
“He’s a good snapper,” Armstrong said. “He’s done a good job this week for us. I’ve spent a lot of time with him, just going over the different things that we do. He’s done a good job so for.”
