Buccaneers coach Dirk Koetter and Redskins coach Jay Gruden greet each other after Washington's 16-3 win.

The Falcons (6-9) will face the Buccaneers (5-10) at 1 p.m. Sunday at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla. in the season finale.

Here’s what Bucs coach Dirk Koetter had to say on a conference call with the Atlanta media on Wednesday:

On how Vita Vea is playing: "He's really come on over the last five games or so. It was obviously a big set back for him to miss the first eight weeks of the season and (exhibition) season (with a calf injury). He was a little bit slow in getting caught up. But now that he's up and running, he's been doing a good job. He's really playing well."

On what situations he's considering getting Ryan Griffin into the game: "Just your normal situations where your second quarterback would come in."

On how is Jameis Winston doing: "Jameis has done a pretty good job taking care of the football since he's come back as a starter. The two turnovers that we had last week. One of them, he got caught from behind on a sack-fumble. That was a heck of an effort by the Dallas defensive end. The other one was an exchange situation between him and a receiver on a reverse. Those had nothing to do with him making decisions."

On running backs Peyton Barber and Jacquizz Rodgers: "They are doing fine. Both of them are doing fine."

On if Mike Evans and Alex Humphries are Winston's favorite receivers: "Those two have the most catches, but we have DeSean Jackson back now. Chris Godwin played better last week and has had a good second half of the season. Then there's Cam Brate, the tight end. So, we feel like we can still spread the ball around pretty good."

On the minus-18 turnover differential: "We just had a terrible season as far as turnovers go. We have turned it over way too much in the first half of the year on offense. We went through a five- or six-game stretch where we didn't get any turnovers on defense. Now, up until last week, we've been on a little roll where we've been getting some turnovers every week. We just went on a long stretch of games early in the season, from Game 2 probably all the way up to Game 9 or 10 where we were just losing the turnover battle very week and we just fell so far behind. It's really hurt us this entire season. It's probably the main thing that has gone into where our record is at."
