Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones was happy to report that his lost $100,000 ear ring was insured on Saturday.

“I didn’t hire anyone or like a diving team to look for it,” Jones said. “It was insured. I was fine. I didn’t get thrown off anything. I jumped off the Jet Ski. So, that’s cleared up.”

There were reports that the ear ring was worth $100,000 and $150,000. Jones neglected to clear up the discrepancy. “Just let that hang out there,” Jones said.

Jones lost the expensive ear ring while Jet Skiing on Lake Lanier the day before training camp was set to start.
