Falcons sign defensive back, release running back

The Falcons made a roster move on Tuesday, when they released reserve running back Terrence Magee and signed safety Jason Hall.
Hall, who played at Texas, was one of the 23 players to tryout with the Falcons during their rookie mini-camp last weekend.
Hall, 6-feet-2 and 216 pounds, runs the 40-yard dash in 4.6 seconds.
