Falcons owner Arthur Blank is expecting NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to address the non-call at the end of the NFC championship in his state of the league address on Wednesday.

Blank said he also understood the plight of the Saints and their fans when asked about the billboards posted around the city.

“I understand the way that Saints’ fans feel,” Blank said. “Their organization feels and their city feels. They should express themselves in any way that they can. I’m sure the commissioner will respond to that on Wednesday. I would understand their view certainly”
