Falcons center Alex Mack was voted to the NFL Players Association’s executive committee Tuesday and will serve a two-year term as treasurer.

Also, Calais Campbell, Malcolm Jenkins and Wesley Woodyard, of LaGrange, were elected to the committee.

The NFLPA board of player representatives elected Browns center J.C. Tretter as the new president.

Tretter will begin his two-year term immediately, in the middle of a vote to ratify or reject and 10-year collective bargaining agreement with the NFL’s owners. Tretter has spoken out against the deal on Twitter.

Tretter replaces Eric Winston, who served three consecutive terms before cycling off because he was not on an NFL roster this past season. Tretter played at Cornell before he was drafted by the Packers in 2013. He signed with the Browns in 2017 and has served as one of the team’s alternate player reps for the past two years.

Mack, who signed with the Falcons as a free agent in 2016, and the three other players will join returning executive committee members Sam Acho, Lorenzo Alexander, Thomas Morstead, Richard Sherman, Michael Thomas (New York Giants) and Benjamin Watson, who were all re-elected Tuesday for two-year terms. Watson played at Georgia.

Falcons long snapper Josh Harris is the team’s player representative.
