Sequence of events that led to excessive celebration penalty against Georgia's A.J. Green late in Saturday's game against LSU.

With Georgia trailing 12-7, Georgia's A.J. Green hauls in a 16-yard pass from Joe Cox for a touchdown with 1:09 left in the game Saturday against LSU in Athens.

Following the catch, Green tumbles into Sanford Stadium's famous hedge and is mobbed by teammates as he walks to the back of the end zone, facing the crowd.

Green (8), according to officials, walks away from teammates and makes a gesture to the crowd calling attention to himself, drawing a personal foul for excessive celebration from back judge Michael Watson (left).

Back judge Michael Watson breaks up the group by reaching for his flag. Following a failed two-point conversion, Georgia lead 13-12. The penalty was enforced on kickoff -- so Georgia kicked from their 15. LSU's Trindon Holliday returned it to the Georgia 43 and the Tigers scored two plays later to seal the win.
