The Hawks announced their 2018 preseason schedule, a slate of five exhibitions that include two home contests at Georgia Tech’s McCamish Pavilion.

The Hawks will play the Pelicans on Oct. 1 to open the schedule and the Spurs on Oct. 10 as home games at Tech.

Road games include at the Grizzlies, at the Thunder in Tulsa, Okla. and at the Heat. The game against the Thunder will be return to the home state of first-round draft pick Trae Young.

Three of the games will be televised by Fox Sports Southeast and two games will be broadcast on radio at 92.9 The Game.

The Hawks will play their home exhibition games at McCamish Pavilion for a second year as major renovations continue at Philips Arena. The second phase of the arena makeover is expected to be finished for the start of the regular season. Tickets for the home exhibition games will be made available at a later date.

Oct. 1 vs. Pelicans (McCamish), 7:30 p.m.

Oct. 5 at Grizzlies, 8 p.m., FSSE, 92.9 FM

Oct. 7 at Thunder (Tulsa), 3 p.m.

Oct. 10 vs. Spurs (McCamish), FSSE, 92.9 FM

Oct. 12 at Heat, 8 p.m., FSSE
