Two former Braves will be among the 18 former players representing teams during major league’s amateur draft.
The draft spans three days, staring with the first 41 selections being made June 3 (7 p.m., MLB Network).
Terry Pendleton, the 1991 NL MVP and batting champion, and 1974 NL batting champion Ralph Garr will be on had during the presentation.
For the second time in league history, the Baltimore Orioles will have the first overall selection. The Braves will pick ninth — as compensation for failing to sign 2018 8th overall pick Carter Stewart — and 21st in the first round.
