Entertainment Manager Brandon Bissel and Tomahawk Team Captains Jamie and Cierra (who didn't give out their last names) look through images of Tomahawk Team candidates. Bissell says he and his panel of judges are looking for charismatic ladies.

Sara Ruud, 19, who previously was a cheerleader at Cherokee High School, has her photo taken with her name for the judges to use as a reference tool at the Tomahawk Team auditions.

Jessica Gates, 19, of Griffin, laughs at herself after forgetting a step in a dance she is to learn as part of the Tomahawk Team auditions. The team performs a dance on top of the dugouts to "Thank God I'm a Country Boy" during each Braves home game.

A group of prospective Tomahawk Team members wait on chairs checking their phones and getting acquainted before they audition.

The Tomahawk Team is group of ten or more women who act as more of a promotional squad than a bunch of cheerleaders. Their objective is to get the fans pumped up during the season.

The judges watch one group of would-be Team members dance to "Thank God I'm A Country Boy."
