The Braves added two pitchers to their roster Tuesday, recalling A.J. Minter and Bryse Wilson from Triple-A Gwinnett.

The Braves now have 31 active players on their big-league roster. Roster limits expanded as of Sunday for the month of September.

Braves manager Brian Snitker said Minter and Wilson were recalled to “add some more depth” to the bullpen after Josh Tomlin pitched two innings Monday and Shane Greene and Mark Melancon pitched both Sunday and Monday.

Minter, a left-hander, had a 2-2 record and 3.57 ERA in 20 relief appearances for Gwinnett this season, allowing 24 hits, striking out 30 and walking three in 22-2/3 innings. With the Braves earlier in the season, he was 3-4 with a 7.24 ERA and five saves in 34 appearances.

Wilson, a right-hander, was 10-7 with a 3.42 ERA in 21 starts for Gwinnett, allowing 120 hits, striking out 118 and walking 26 in 121 innings. With the Braves earlier in the season, he was 1-1 with a 6.75 ERA in five games, including four starts.
