The Braves placed lefty Max Fried on the 10-day injured list with a blister on his left index finger Tuesday and recalled pitcher Bryse Wilson from Triple-A Gwinnett. Wilson will start Tuesday night’s game at Milwaukee.

The Braves announced both moves Tuesday afternoon.

Fried left Monday’s game after only five innings because of the blister. He allowed no runs on three hits and two walks, with five strikeouts, before he left the game.

For the season, Fried is 10-4 with a 4.08 ERA. He’s recorded 102 strikeouts and issued 31 walks in 103-2/3 innings this season.
