Atlanta United forward Romario Williams is among the players the Jamaica men’s national soccer team has selected to play the U.S. on Friday in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Williams has yet to attend Atlanta United’s ongoing preseason training in Bradenton, Fla. because he has been in camp with Jamaica.

Should he play on Friday, he would be the third Atlanta United player to be capped by their national team since signing with the MLS squad, joining Kenwyne Jones (Trinidad and Tobago) and Greg Garza (U.S.), who played 69 minutes in Sunday's 0-0 tie with Serbia in San Diego.

Williams was acquired by Atlanta United in a trade with Montreal last year. Williams was drafted by Montreal in the second round of the 2015 SuperDraft, but was released following the 2016 season after just making two appearances for the Impact. He scored 10 goals for Charleston in USL last year.
