LAS VEGAS — Falcons kicker Younghoe Koo, who missed a 42-yard field-goal attempt in the team’s 15-9 victory Monday night, aggravated an undisclosed injury.

He recently was on the injury report with a right hip injury.

“Came to us postgame last night, after the game,” Falcons coach Raheem Morris said Tuesday on a virtual media call. “Kind of hurt himself a little bit, so we’ve got to do a couple things there. We’ll figure it out more tomorrow after the medical things get in.”

Koo was questionable for the game against the Chargers on Dec. 1, but played. The normally dependable Koo, has missed seven field-goal attempts this season.

In the Week 10 loss to the Saints (20-17) on Nov. 10, he missed three field-goal attempts.

“We’ll kind of get a feel for what’s going on and everything that’s happening,” Morris said. “Get a better feel for him (Tuesday).”

The Falcons signed kicker Tanner Brown to the practice squad Sunday. They had Riley Patterson on the practice squad in earlier in the season.

“Our guys (scouts) have always put ourselves in a position to get people in here,” Morris said. “We’ve had a couple kickers over the past couple of weeks since he was on the injury report a couple weeks ago. So, we’ve always been pretty cautionary when it comes to Younghoe Koo.”
