Atlanta nurses looking to score big on national television now have an opportunity to achieve their TV stardom. According to a casting director that spoke with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, CBS’ reboot of the classic game show “Let’s Make a Deal” is preparing to shoot a special, honorary episode in tribute to the country’s health care heroes.

The episode’s air date hasn’t been announced, but shooting will take place Jan. 6, 2023. That means show producers are looking for applicants now, and they want only real nurses.

Each season, “Let’s Make a Deal” features a variety of special episodes to honor people of service, including veterans, teachers and essential workers. To honor nurses, the show’s producers have opened casting nationwide.

Nurses who plan to be in the Southern California area Jan. 6 can apply at fremantlecasting.com. Those chosen will be invited to the studio to tape their participation for the show in person. Nonlocal nurses that will not be in the area on the day of taping can still apply through a different process.

Nationwide, nurses can apply at LMADCasting.com. Those selected who will not be will be invited to play via Zoom.

Ten nurses will be chosen to appear in person and 18 play via Zoom.
