Spring break is fast approaching for metro Atlanta schools, and if you'll spend the week working, you're probably wondering what to do with your kids.

Even if you have time off, you may want to schedule a fun activity for them to enjoy for your own break.

The following youth programs come to the rescue with spring break camps to keep kids happily occupied and learning during the break:

Address: 800 Cherokee Ave SE, Atlanta

What's offered: Up-close animal encounters, feedings, tours, arts and crafts and more. For kindergarten through fifth grade.

When: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. April 3-7. Regular drop-off starting at 8 a.m., with regular pick-up by 5 p.m. Extended care available with drop-off at 7:30 a.m. and pick-up by 5:30 p.m.

Cost: $70 per day for non-members, with an extra $10 a day for extended care. Weekly rates are $340 with an extra $50 for extended care. Members pay $56 daily or $270 weekly, with an extra $10 a day or $50 a week for extended care.

Chattahoochee Nature Center's Camp Kingfisher

Address: 9135 Willeo Rd, Roswell

What's offered: Animal encounters, educational hikes, crafts and outdoor play with spring ecology themes. Sessions are divided by age to include kindergartners through seventh-graders.

When: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. April 3-7. Free extended care is available from 8-9 a.m. and from 4-6:15 p.m.

Cost: $320 for members and $400 for non-members

Address: 1280 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta

What's offered: Performing arts camp and musical theater camp. Sessions divided into groups by grades ranging from kindergartners to 12th-graders.

When: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. April 3-7. After-care is available until 6 p.m. for all days except April 7.

Cost: $399 per week and $20 a day for optional after-care.

Address: 5343 Roberts Dr, Dunwoody

What's offered: Mud-luscious Camp for kindergartners through fifth-graders and Puddle Wonderful half-day camps for three- and four-year olds.

Nature exploration and wading in Wildcat Creek, learning about birds, flowers and nature.

When: 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. April 3-7 for full-day camps; 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for half-day camps. Early drop-off available at 8 a.m. for all

campers, with late pick-up for kindergartners-5th graders only at 6 p.m.

Cost: $160 for members and $195 for nonmembers, with $40 for early-bird drop-off and $60 for late pick-up

What's offered: Storytelling through Art camp for ages 6-8. Kids use their artwork to create a fictional world.

When: April 3-7 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., with optional after-care until 6 p.m.

Cost: $300 for members, $400 for non-members and $50 a week for after-care.

What's offered: Design thinking and STEM skills with a different CampMODA topic each day. Monday and Tuesday's camps are for grades 4-7,

Wednesday's is for grades 3-7, Thursday's is for kindergarten-3rd grade, and Friday's is for kindergarten-2nd grade.

When: 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. April 3-7

Cost: Prices vary, with a discount for members.

CMC April in Paris

Dunwoody, Decatur and Little Five Points locations

What's offered: Exploration of French music and culture, including lessons, classes, singing and ensemble playing. For kindergartners through 5th

graders and grades 6-8.

When: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. April 3-7 for full-day camps; 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. or 12:30-6 p.m. for half days.

Cost: $295 per week for full-day camp and $195 per week for half days.
