There are quite a few new restaurants that open in Georgia every year. From Italian and Mexican to American and Indian, there’s a plethora a good spots to choose from.

But there is one that’s been standing the longest.

Business Insider recently rounded up a list of the oldest restaurants in every state.

For The Peach State, it’s the Plaza Restaurant & Oyster Bar in Thomasville.

The eatery, which is about 250 miles south of Atlanta, has been serving families for more than 100 years with a menu that maintains a Greek influence with a bit of seafood flair.

Established in 1916, it celebrated its 100th anniversary just last year.

It’s open Monday through Saturday and offers a daily lunch buffet from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.and happy hour from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
