Delta Air Lines is the No. 1 carrier in America, according to a new ranking from The Points Guy.

The travel website recently released the results of its third annual survey for the best and worst domestic airlines. To determine the ranking, its experts gathered data from the U.S. Department of Transportation. The researchers looked at percentage of flight delays and cancellations and the number of cities an airline serves. They also factored in how likely passengers were to suffer “involuntary denied boardings” or get bumped off a flight.

After analyzing the results, Delta came out on top. The Atlanta-based company was praised for its extensive routes and lounge network.

“Though it didn’t top the timeliness or cancellation categories, it took a more-than-respectable silver medal,” the analysts wrote. “That, plus the fact that Delta was buoyed by its pervasive route and lounge networks and commendably low bump rate, was enough to put it over the top over last year’s No. 1, Alaska.”

Alaska Airlines was No. 2 this year, overall. It earned points for its loyalty program and healthy on-time rating.

As for the worst airlines, it was Frontier. Although it offered the best airfares, the data showed it bumped more passengers than any other airlines and had the highest rate of complaints per passenger.
