If you're considering the Whole30 program in an effort to improve your health, Blue Apron wants to help. It's now offering meals based on the diet plan.

The food kit delivery service has recently partnered with Whole30 experts to create eight weeks of approved recipes.

The Whole30 is a 30-day diet plan that emphasizes whole foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, and eliminates sugar, alcohol, grains, legumes, soy, and dairy.

Now through Feb. 26, Blue Apron subscribers will be able to choose two-person, three-person or four-person recipes for yummy Whole30-approved dishes. Dinners can include seared steaks and warm lemon salsa verde with roasted broccoli and sweet potato as well as Mexican-spiced barramundi with kale, sweet potato and avocado salad.

Blue Apron officials said in statement the offering seeks “to bring you nutritious meals that align with their guidelines..Designed to simplify your dinner experience (we handle the meal planning, you take care of the cooking), these satisfying recipes will help you kick off the new year with a clean plate.”
