His name was Simon Smith, but after a night of drinking with some buddies he decided to legally change his name to Bacon Double Cheeseburger.

"It was the culmination of probably too many drinks in the pub where there was a conversation about names," the 33-year-old British citizen told the Evening Standard. "Bacon Double Cheeseburger was pretty much the first thing that came up. Everyone loves bacon don't they?"

Of course we do.

Cheeseburger, a consultant in the oil and gas industry, said his new name hasn't adversely affected his career, but he admited he still uses the name he was born with on his resume.

"I usually drop that bombshell after the contracts have been signed," Cheeseburger told BBC Newsbeat.
