Georgia volunteers share experience helping California fire victims

Many Georgians are looking for ways to help victims of the deadly wildfires in Los Angeles, even from far away. Elizabeth Quintero, from Marietta, was one of the first Georgia Red Cross volunteers to deploy to California where she’s been helping build shelters from scratch. Disaster-trained American Red Cross volunteers from Georgia like Quintero are also helping to provide food and emotional support to those in need. Visit RedCross.org to learn more about how to volunteer or other ways to help.
