Delta passengers evacuated onto snowy runway over engine problem
Passengers evacuated down emergency slides after an engine problem on a Delta Air Lines flight occurred before take off from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Passengers recorded the scene showing how they were temporarily stranded on the snowy runway before they were safely brought back to the airport. The canceled takeoff occurred in the midst of a major winter storm across North Georgia. Hartsfield-Jackson said four passengers reported minor injuries, with one transported for medical treatment and three others treated on the scene.
