A University of Georgia spokesperson confirmed Tuesday that 16 people were arrested at Monday morning’s campus protest against Israel’s war in Gaza.

Ten of those arrested were students, according to a person familiar with the matter, who did not want their name to be used.

The UGA spokesperson declined to comment on whether any student protesters had been suspended.

Here’s a full recap of Monday’s protests at UGA.
