The items in this searchable database represent the 8,000-plus items that appeared on the list of banned vanity license plates that the Georgia Department of Revenue supplied to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution earlier this month following a request under the state's Open Records Act. Some instances of the letter zero may appear as the letter "O" in this list due to the limitations of optical character recognition software used to scan the documents, which were provided on paper only.
