Seven people were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a Tuesday morning wreck involving a MARTA bus and a dump truck.

The crash happened just before 9 a.m. at the intersection of Perry Boulevard and Marietta Road in northwest Atlanta.

“The dump truck rear ended the bus,” MARTA spokeswoman Alisa Jackson told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution in an emailed statement.

A bus operator and an operator candidate were among the seven people taken to Grady, Jackson said.
