Police have arrested three men in connection with a Wednesday night carjacking and shooting at a DeKalb County Kroger.

Officers spotted the stolen car off Glenwood Road on Meadowglades Drive at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, and three men who fled on foot from it were caught. Their names were not released.

The car, an orange Camaro, was recovered.

The carjacking occurred at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the parking lot of a Kroger on Moreland Ave. near Confederate Ave.

Laquan Taylor, 27, of Loganville was approached at his car by armed men demanding his keys. He gave them the keys but as he began walking toward the entrance of the store, he was shot at several times and hit.

He was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in stable condition, while the suspects left in the car. DeKalb police confirmed the arrests of the suspects but did not release their names.
