March 14, 2019 - Atlanta - Georgia members of the Handmaid Coalition were protesting HB 481 outside the Capitol today. A Senate hearing is scheduled for 3pm Thursday for the "heartbeat bill." Advocates on both sides are expected to fill the Capitol as the committee debates the bill that would outlaw most abortions after six weeks. Bob Andres / bandres@ajc.com
