If you were watching Atlanta United’s win Saturday night, you likely saw lots of people celebrating at Mercedes-Benz Stadium by holding up special editions of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution proclaiming CHAMPS! (or a Spanish version proclaiming ¡TRIUNFO!).
Some editions of the Sunday AJC include a stadium edition in the Sports section with that late-breaking good news of the new MLS Cup champions.
For fans who haven’t gotten their hands on the keepsake edition yet, you’ll have a couple more chances in the week ahead to get your own copy of the edition that was being held by the victorious team and their fans.
On Monday, at the parade celebrating the team's national championship, there will be a limited number of free copies available. (Click here for details about Monday's parade.) You will still have another chance on Sunday, Dec. 16, when you find a special keepsake edition in the Sunday AJC.
