In late September 2022, Stonecrest Resorts announced 12 tenants have signed for space at the Privi development at the Mall at Stonecrest.

SeaQuest at Stonecrest is considered the first phase of the larger redevelopment project for the former Sears at the Mall at Stonecrest.

This is an aerial rendering of the Privi development at the Mall at Stonecrest, which is set to open in the fall of 2022.

This is a rendering of the food court at Privi, which is expected to open in 2023.

A 50,000-square-foot food court is expected to be the centerpiece of the Privi development.

Privi is the second phase of Stonecrest Resorts redevelopment plan for a 15-acre property it purchased from the city last October.

The food court at Privi is expected to open in spring 2023.

Privi will join SeaQuest at Stonecrest as development projects by Stonecrest Resorts.
