Sublime Doughnuts offers a range from A-town cream to honey glazed bowties at 535 10th St. near the Georgia Tech campus.

The Reese's Peanut Butter Cup doughnut goes for $1.75.

Kamal Grant, owner of sublime, attended the Culinary Institute of America and then the American Institute of Baking.

Croissants rise in the proof box.

Grant pulls the rolls from the fryer.

Then applies the glaze.

Right now, Grant makes about 200 doughnuts a day.
