M Street Apartments are located in the West Midtown area of Atlanta.

The community swimming pool has lap lanes. There's also a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments are available in townhome and loft-style floor plans. Roommate floorplans are also offered.

Gourmet kitchens feature custom appliance packages and breakfast bars.

Other unit features include 9 ft. & 10 ft. ceilings, designer carpet or sealed concrete floors, interior track lighting and large custom windows.

M Street apartment homes are located in West Midtown, near the Georgia Tech campus, making them a popular spot for students and young professionals. Designed as a live-work-play community, on-site retail stores include Urban Grind Coffee House, Juice It Up, a hair salon and dry cleaners.
