PHOTOS: Seahawks CB DeShawn Shead proposes to girlfriend on field

Seahawks cornerback DeShawn Shead proposed to his girlfriend Jessica Martinez on the field after Sunday's overtime victory.

Jessica Martinez said "yes" after Seahawks cornerback DeShawn Shead asked her to marry him.

"Will you marry me Jessica?" was on the scoreboard above the Hawks Nest during the proposal.

Seahawks players cheered for the happy couple after the proposal.

After the proposal KIRO 7 anchor and Voice of the Seahawks Steve Raible interviewed the couple.

The couple then told KIRO 7 anchor and Voice of the Seahawks Steve Raible they plan to celebrate with family, friends and eat their favorite foods – chicken and waffles.
