A dump truck hit a median wall on Interstate 75 near Exit 239 Sunday afternoon and the driver was ejected, according to the Georgia State Patrol.

Traffic in the northbound and southbound lanes was affected, according to the state’s traffic Navigator website.

The driver of the dump truck was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment, the GSP said.

The wreck occurred around 5 p.m. and was expected to be cleared up by 6 p.m., the website said.
